    • Ep 5: Sophie Bishton | Perfectionism, pride and the power of "Why not?"!
      Feb 11 2026

Welcome back to Finally Fabulous - the podcast where we talk about what it really means to build a life that feels joyful, meaningful and unapologetically yours.

Today, I’m joined by the brilliant Sophie Bishton - a woman whose personal mantra is “Why not?” and who truly lives by it.

From singing jazz and chasing big dreams, to studying at Harvard and Oxford, Sophie has always believed that the sky is the limit.

But her story isn’t just about achievement - it’s about resilience, grief, identity and redefining success when life forces you to slow down.

In this episode, Sophie opens up about losing her mother at just 27, how that loss reshaped her sense of self, and the years it took to truly grieve.

We talk about perfectionism, people-pleasing and how her relentless drive eventually led to serious health challenges - including a diagnosis of ME/CFS.Now, Sophie is living life very differently. She shares how learning to work within her energy limits has helped her reconnect with joy, choose what truly matters, and still tick off bucket-list dreams - including singing at the Royal Albert Hall.

This is a powerful conversation about listening to your body, letting go of expectations and using joy as your North Star.

So, if you’ve ever had to rebuild your life, your identity or your definition of “fabulous,” this one’s for you. Let’s get into it.

    • Ep 3: Kylie Taylor (founder of Straddie Brewing co.) | “Let’s build a brewery!”, reimagining life and making it happen, Aussie style
      Jan 14 2026

Here we are, the third episode of 'Finally Fabulous' Podcast!

This is a space where we celebrate the bold choices that shape unstoppable women. We talk about those “f*ck-it” moments, the decisions that feel right for you, bring joy, and make life sparkle a little brighter.

For this motivational Wednesday episode we take a trip down under to chat to owner of Straddie Brewing Company, Kylie Taylor. Against a backdrop of tranquil wildlife, Kylie chats with Kate from her rooftop bar on North Stradbroke, where she’s built a life and brewery as bold and beautiful as she is.

From sailing around the world as a teenager, to moving to the UK after knowing her first husband for just nine days, to reconnecting years later with her soulmate and saying, “F*ck it - let’s build a brewery on a sand island!” - Kylie’s story is fearless, funny and utterly inspiring.

So, grab your cup of tea - or your pint of craft beer - and settle in for an episode that will remind you what it really means to live Finally Fabulous.
