Jesus is praying that the LONG term purpose of the Church is to have protection from the World "Jesus says to the Father in John 17-11 "that they may be one as Jesus and the Father are One"!!

You see my listeners here in Chapter 16 of John’s Gospel, Jesus is leaving His disciples to go back into heaven to be with the Father and prepare for The Wedding. He is sending the Holy Spirit to help prepare The Church (The Bride) for the up-and-coming Wedding.

Therefore, We must be ready with our lamps FULL of the Holy Spirit.

No one can fail to be bold and eager in witness when the Spirit is producing in him overflowing joy, continuous gratitude, and humble love. O, how we need to be filled with the Spirit! Let’s seek it! Pursue it!

“If you find the godless world is hating you, remember it got its start hating me. If you lived on the world’s terms, the world would love you as one of its own. But since I picked you to live on God’s terms and no longer on the world’s terms, the world is going to hate you.

My listeners when God Forgives you, Heb 8:12 “I will be merciful when they fail, and I will erase their sins and wicked acts out of My memory as though they had never existed.” My Listeners, He remembers your Sin no more. Your Cleansed! Set Free to serve Him.

And I am the life — the eternal life that you will enjoy when you get there. When I say, “I go to prepare a place for you,” I mean, I open the way. And I am the way. I confirm the truth. And I am the truth. I purchase the life. because I am that life.
