À propos de ce contenu audio

Life is not like the movies or a tv show. There is no script and it is full of change and has many variations! Each individual reacts to situations differently based on their lived experiences and no one is exactly the same. Self-care, self-compassion and self-awareness are important to learn and grow. My goal is to share my stories and offer my perspective on how I have dealt with change and the lessons I've learned so far.Shelley Développement personnel Réussite personnelle

In 2021, we had to say goodbye to my dad. Tonight, I want to share what I experienced, my feelings, emotions and the hardships I dealt with in accepting this next unscripted chapter in life. Losing a loved one is never easy, and it is important to remember that no two people, even those experiencing the same loss, will feel, react or handle things the same way. I will also share how I managed for the first year and what the girls and I have done since to always remember and stay close with Papa.
