  • EP 143: Trusting Your Intuition, Even If It Feels Like You’re Starting Over
    Jan 12 2026

This week’s guest, Amy Tsai, shared several pivotal stories from her entrepreneurial journey with us. She shared how she came to realize that leading through action means leading through presence. When she is fully grounded and present, it creates a safe space for others to do the same. Presence communicates more than words ever could—it allows others to feel seen, heard, and supported. She shared that she discovered when she leads with presence, the right people resonate and doors opened in ways she couldn’t imagine.

We talked about how many female entrepreneurs doubt themselves when change or growth calls. Amy encouraged us to trust our inner voice, even if it feels like it means starting over. We also talked about how endings are often new beginnings in disguise. For Amy, living more in a state of presence reinforced the importance of presence over pressure, shaping her into someone who now leads with more clarity, compassion, and confidence, both personally and in business.

She also shared a story about her own father that showed her that resilience doesn’t come from pushing harder—it comes from allowing ourselves to be vulnerable enough to try something new.

  • EP 140: What Christmas Really Gave Us: Stories of Intention, Energy & Family with Lora & Angelic
    Dec 22 2025

In this special Christmas edition of Fempreneur True Confessions, we slow down, reflect, and share deeply personal stories about what Christmas has meant to us across different seasons of life.

As the year comes to a close, we talk honestly about how the holidays aren’t always picture-perfect and how, for many, this time of year can bring mixed emotions. Instead of focusing on traditions for tradition’s sake, we explore the energy, intention, and meaning behind the moments that stay with us forever.

From childhood memories shaped by scarcity, creativity, and unexpected generosity to building meaningful traditions with our own families, this episode is a reminder that Christmas isn’t about what’s under the tree. It’s about the energy exchanged, the thought behind the gesture, and the love infused into even the simplest moments.

One story, in particular, reflects a defining Christmas where gifts were scarce, a tree was improvised, and joy arrived unexpectedly through the kindness of others. That moment became a lifelong lesson in energy, intention, and the true spirit of giving.

    We also reflect on:

    • Growing up with different cultural and religious traditions

    • Creating magic without money or perfection

    • Why intention matters more than the gift itself

    • How family, presence, and creativity shape holiday memories

    • Letting go of “one-day gratitude” and choosing appreciation year-round

    • Finding comfort in simple traditions like pajamas, food, lights, and being together

This episode is warm, reflective, and deeply human. A gentle reminder that the holidays don’t need to look a certain way to be meaningful. Sometimes the most powerful memories are born from resilience, love, and unexpected generosity.

Whether you’re surrounded by family, creating new traditions, or navigating a quieter season, we hope this conversation feels like a soft place to land during the holidays.

  • EP 137 Grateful, Not Perfect: What This Year Taught Us
    Nov 24 2025

In this special Thanksgiving episode, Lora and Angelic sit down for a heartfelt, honest, and often hilarious conversation about gratitude, presence, slowing down, and noticing the moments that matter most. Instead of the polished holiday highlight reels we usually see, this episode explores the real stuff — the messy, beautiful, chaotic humanness of life, motherhood, business, and the ongoing journey of trying to be present while juggling a million things. Lora talks about actively choosing gratitude in a season of stress and transition, even when it feels hard. Angelic opens up about the importance of tiny moments, sacred pauses, and living in awe of the everyday. Together, they reflect on how gratitude changes our perspective, our relationships, our parenting, and even the way we speak to ourselves. This episode is warm, real, and deeply grounding — a perfect listen while cooking, driving, or catching a quiet moment this holiday week.
