  • Hosea, Pt 2 - Knowledge & Wisdom
    Apr 30 2026

In our information-rich age, many people remain spiritually clueless about life's most important truths. There's a crucial difference between knowledge (accumulating facts) and wisdom (applying God's truth to daily life).

The prophet Hosea reveals that God's people are destroyed from lack of knowledge, not because truth is unavailable, but because they willfully reject it. All treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden in Christ, yet people often seek answers elsewhere.

Sometimes God's mercy appears as roadblocks, protecting us from destructive paths we can't see. True knowledge begins with fearing God more than people, and wisdom comes through acknowledging Him completely - recognizing, confessing, and submitting to His authority.

This is Pastor Chuck's second message from the book of Hosea.

  • Hosea, Pt 1 - The God Who Pursues
    Apr 20 2026

Join us as Pastor Chuck teaches a new series on the book of Hosea! The book of Hosea reveals God's relentless love through the prophet's painful marriage to an unfaithful woman named Gomer.

This living parable illustrates how God pursues His people even when they abandon Him for other gods and idols. Their three children bore prophetic names representing judgment: Jezreel (God scatters), Lo-Ruhamah (not loved), and Lo-Ammi (not my people).

Yet God promises restoration, reversing these broken names and relationships. When Gomer fell into slavery, Hosea bought her back for thirty shekels of silver, mirroring how God purchased us through Christ's sacrifice.

God's pursuing love isn't based on our worthiness but on His character as a family man who never gives up on His broken family.

  • Mark, Pt 31 - What Now?
    Apr 16 2026

After Easter's celebration, many believers wonder what comes next, just like the disciples who were trembling and bewildered at the empty tomb.

The key to moving forward isn't having all the answers or being perfectly qualified - it's simply showing up consistently in your faith journey. Like the ordinary fishermen and tax collectors Jesus called, what made the disciples effective was spending time with Jesus daily.

Jesus gave clear instructions to go and preach the gospel, promising that believers would speak in tongues, have authority over spiritual attacks, cast out demons, and heal the sick.

The Lord works with us today just as He worked with the original disciples, confirming His word through signs and wonders as we faithfully carry out the Great Commission.

This is the final sermon from Pastor Chuck in the series from the Gospel of Mark.
