At a time when many people are going fishing it has become apparent that FAMU’s coaches are working on stocking the room with talent.

From football, to Volleyball and definitely both Basketball teams we have seen a ton of offers go out and hope that some of the students decide to commit to FAMU.

We also have some good questions being asked about FAMU leadership while we get some new season ticket ideas that some like and others hate.

Good time for some good ideas.

FAMU Basketball has done an amazing job of filling the roster board and on paper this team gives the Rattler faithful a ton of hope.

We have also seen that FAMU is in the midst of changes; whether it be the New One FAMU initiative, Conference changes or more.

It is an interesting time to be a Rattler.

Many times all conversations about relationships come down to the quintessential question of how do we fund this operation.

Well that question surrounds all of us who are in relations with HBCUs and more importantly for the FAMU supporter is; how do we fund this operation?

Well we are to have FAMU’s Major Gift Officer Marvin Green on today to talk about some of the ways in which he is looking to have Rattler Nation and beyond to provide scaffolding for this program.

Between the Orange Blossom Classic, Tip-Off Classic, Florida Classic & Andre Dawson Classic it has become very apparent that FAMU as a brand is still an attractive entity to those who are outside of the FAMU universe.

Along with being a brand that is garnering the attention of many FAMU has seen players get offered and commit to wearing the Orange and Green.

We always love to see that because a program is only as the talent it brings in.

FAMU fans are watching as we see some of the children of mother FAMU advance to the next level of the NCAA tournament.

At the same time we see what may be the norm for all sports as multiple FAMU Baseball athletes have hit the portal.

Also our friend Troy White from Fatmouth Sports is coming on to discuss HBCU’s and post season events.

Should we prioritize the tournaments or continue to cultivate our own spectacles.

FAMU has one Undisputed NIL Champion and that would be the Fang Exchange.

This organization is led by friends of the Show and FAMU Avengers Ashley & Tache’ who have done some amazing work in a small amount of time.

We have them coming on to do a year in review of the Fang Exchange and to talk about what they are looking to do pressing forward.

Tallahassee has one hope for a championship baseball team this year and it all comes down to a Sunday game, but the only Gold that matters is the SWAC Championship.

The FAMU faithful have good reason to hope that the guys in Orange and Green have a shot at winning it all.

Also the Basketball team has been working hard to get a few offers out while the track team continues to set the pace before NCAA’s

It is a good time for a three day weekend and hopefully for another FAMU Championship.

While other schools may have wins or losses and it does matter; these wins and losses only matter if FAMU takes care of business.
