A fun, light-hearted catch up with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athlete Alexi Lenos 😃

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art that has gained popularity around the world in recent years and I am thankful to have Alexi here to give me an insight into the sport.

With over a decade of experience in BJJ, Alexi Lenos has been offered his Black Belt which has been postponed to the end of the year due to competitions. Not only is Alexi a distinguished professional, he is also a kind and humble person who is wiling to share his knowledge and experience with others and also teaches out of Luton Grappling Club.
