  • Sell the ice cream before it melts (because waiting is costing you money!)
    May 5 2026

Summer in Portland got me thinking about ice cream. And about the one thing that is costing you more revenue than almost anything else.

In this episode I am introducing you to one of my favorite tools: the Sprinkle Stack. I recorded this literally right after a coaching call because that is exactly the point. When the energy is moving, you move with it.

Here is what I see over and over with coaches, energy workers, and service providers. You have something genuinely extraordinary. A gift, a tool, a methodology you built through your own lived experience. And instead of sharing it, you decide it needs more. More credentials. More polish. More hot fudge. So you leave to go get it and by the time you come back, the ice cream has melted.

You already know how good it is. You tasted it. And your people are out there right now looking for exactly what you have. They do not need it to be fancier. They need you to hand it to them.

The gap between your idea and your execution is not a preparation problem. It is a worthiness problem. And that is exactly what we are getting into today.

What you will hear in this episode:

    • What the Sprinkle Stack is and why closing the gap between idea and execution is the fastest path to more revenue
    • Why you keep leaving to get hot fudge you do not actually need
    • A real coaching conversation from this morning that shows what it looks like to move on your idea before you feel ready
    • Why the fact that you built your methodology on your own is not a weakness, it is the whole point
    • Why the universe does not hand you the idea to share something if it is not ready to be shared

You are not waiting on more skills. You are waiting on permission. This episode is that permission.

Go sell the ice cream. 🦄

  • AI: Are Good People Getting it Wrong?
    Apr 28 2026

This episode is about perspective. How the lens you're looking through shapes literally every experience you have – and what happens when you're willing to shift it.

I share a story about rhododendrons (have you ever heard that word before?!), we talk about what QR codes got wrong, and I make the case that we are at a genuine crossroads with AI right now.

I encourage all of us open-hearted people to shift our perspective on AI and this new technology that isn't going anywhere. Because right now we have the biggest opportunity for ourselves and the outcomes we are creating with it.

The same people who have been depleting the world are already using AI, and so they are the ones who are shaping it. The question is whether the rest of us are going to step in and shape it into something that actually serves people – or sit on the sidelines and complain about what's happening with it.

    Your perspective on AI isn't just a mindset thing. It's a business thing. It's a money thing. It's a what-kind-of-world-are-we-building thing.

    In this episode:

    • Why two people can be in the exact same situation and have completely different experiences of it
    • The QR code opportunity creatives missed – and why AI is giving us the same shot right now
    • How shifting your lens on AI can directly impact your income and your reach
    • What it looks like to use AI as a partner instead of a threat

  • 3 Things I Learned Launching Three Times in 7 Months (During a Trust Recession)
    Apr 21 2026

I just wrapped my third program launch since restarting my business in late 2025 and I have a lot to say about it.

Not the highlight reel version. The real version - what worked, what flopped, what surprised me, and the thing nobody talks about when they're teaching you how to launch your coaching business or grow your offers online.

Here's what I've figured out after three launches in seven months: the strategy matters. And who you're being while you execute the strategy matters just as much. Your nervous system is either working for you or against you during a launch, and most people are white-knuckling their way through it without realizing there's another way.

In this episode I'm sharing the three lessons that changed everything for me - as a business coach, as an entrepreneur, and as a human being who refused to burn herself down in the process of building something she loves.

If you're a coach, healer, creative, or heart-driven entrepreneur who's launching an offer, growing a personal brand, or just trying to build a sustainable business without the hustle hangover — this one's for you.

What You'll Take Away From This Episode

    • Why "just starting" is the most powerful business strategy nobody's actually using
    • What's really happening in the online business space right now and how to work with it instead of against it
    • The nervous system piece that most launch strategies completely ignore - and why it's costing you
    • What different launch strategies taught me about selling authentically in 2026
    • Why trusting the process isn't just a mindset platitude - it's a practical business skill
    • How to release the pressure without releasing the momentum
    • What it actually looks like to grow a coaching business, launch your offers, and still feel like yourself at the end of it

  • Release the Pressure: How to Stop Feeling Behind and Get Paid with Ease
    Apr 14 2026

If you feel like you should be further along in your business, this episode is going to shift the way you see everything.

I’m breaking down why pressure might feel normal, and may even be a technique your system is used to, but why it is not actually helping you grow. In fact, pressure loops are often the exact thing keeping you stuck, procrastinating, and cycling in patterns that feel impossible to escape. I share a real client story of what it looks like to complete something big without stress or force, and how choosing joy as a strategy can create faster, more meaningful momentum.

We talk about the idea that you’re never getting anything wrong, you’re always getting it right, and how feeling “behind” is actually reinforcing the very loop you’re trying to get out of. I’ll show you how to shift out of those slow, pressure-based cycles and into fast loops rooted in your gifts, your energy, and what actually moves you forward.

This episode will challenge what you’ve been taught about productivity, success, and what it really takes to get paid for your work, and it will give you a new way of operating that feels lighter, more aligned, and a whole lot more effective.

If you’re ready to trust where you are, move faster, and build your business in a way that actually feels good, this one is for you.

  • The Simple Way to Double Your Income
    Apr 7 2026

You're good at what you do. You know it somewhere deep down. But if you're not doing your most fulfilling work and getting paid at a level that makes your eyes pop – you're underselling yourself. And the fix isn't working harder. It's communicating smarter.

In this episode, I share how – literally overnight – I doubled my own income applying for a corporate job. I also share how a client landed a VP role within a week, and how another client made $250K in additional revenue adding just two calls a month. The thread through all of it? Powerful communication.

I break down the two-part problem keeping most entrepreneurs spinning their wheels, why your most valuable skills are completely invisible to you, and the three principles of communication that change everything – in business, in corporate, and in life.

If you've ever felt like the best kept secret in your industry, this episode is your wake-up call.

    In this episode you'll learn:

    • Why you're underselling yourself – and it has nothing to do with your skills
    • The two-part block keeping you from being seen and paid at your level
    • Why people only buy at the level of their own belief – and what that means for how you show up
    • The three principles of powerful communication that helped Jen double her income overnight
    • Why asking one question beats a thousand words of convincing every time
    • What it actually means to own your sh*t and get paid to be you

  • Get Paid to Be You
    Mar 31 2026

Everyone says you need better messaging, a clearer niche, or a more polished offer to make sales. But what if that is not actually the problem?

In this episode, I'm diving into what is really going on when you know you have something powerful, but it is not landing the way you want it to. It's for the people who - when it comes to communicating it, selling it, or fully owning it, something holds you back. We are talking about the gap between having something extraordinary and actually being seen, felt, and paid for it.

I'm personally passionate about helping people to turn what you already have into something people instantly want, without overcomplicating your offers, forcing your messaging, or trying to become someone you are not. (Fuuuuuuuck that)

We also unpack the deeper patterns that keep you playing small, hiding in almost ready, or waiting for permission, and how to shift into full ownership so your work becomes undeniable. I even talk about how we lose ourselves in things like Human Design, Enneagram, astrology, tarot, and other modalities.

If you have been sitting on something big, this episode will show you how to finally own it and let it sell.

    Takeaways

    • You do not need more ideas. You need to fully own what you already have
    • If your work is not landing, it is often an ownership gap, not a strategy problem
    • Playing small often looks like overthinking, tweaking, and staying in preparation mode
    • Your audience needs to feel your conviction before they can buy
    • Clear, compelling offers come from clarity in self, not just structure
    • Selling becomes easier when you stop trying to prove and start expressing
    • The real shift is moving from questioning if it is good enough to deciding this is it

  • How Being Fully Yourself Changes Your Money, Relationships, and Life
    Mar 24 2026

Everyone talks about being authentic, but the truth is most people are still holding themselves back. They’re filtering what they say, softening parts of themselves, and showing a version that feels acceptable instead of actually letting themselves be fully seen. And even if it looks like things are working on the outside, there’s often a disconnect underneath it—in their relationships, in their business, and in how much they’re actually able to receive.

In this episode, I’m breaking down what’s really going on when you’re not fully expressed and why that creates a ripple effect through every area of your life. This isn’t just about visibility or content. When you’re not fully being yourself, people aren’t actually connecting with you—they’re connecting with a version of you. And that changes everything, from the depth of your relationships to the way clients experience you and the amount of money you’re able to make.

I also share a personal story from my relationship with Joey that brought this into sharp focus and revealed what happens when someone doesn’t feel able to fully be themselves. It opened up a deeper understanding of connection, safety, and what it really takes to feel seen in a relationship.

If you’ve ever felt like something isn’t quite clicking, like you’re showing up but not fully landing, or like there’s a more expressed version of you that hasn’t fully come online yet, this episode will speak directly to that. Because authenticity isn’t just a nice idea—it’s the thing that creates trust, magnetism, connection, and ultimately, results.

    In this episode, you’ll learn:

    • Why not being fully yourself creates disconnection in your relationships and your business
    • How holding parts of yourself back impacts how much money, love, and opportunity you receive
    • The “kink in the hose” effect and how it blocks natural flow in your life
    • What actually happens when people are connecting with a filtered version of you
    • Why being fully seen can feel risky—and why that’s the doorway to everything you want
    • The subtle ways you might be performing instead of expressing
    • How authenticity creates trust, magnetism, and deeper connection
    • Simple ways to start showing up more fully as yourself without overthinking it

  • Is Personal Growth Hurting Your Relationships? Here's what to do.
    Mar 17 2026

TLDR: What I Learned From Separating From My Husband (And Getting Back Together)

Have you ever felt completely alone in your personal growth journey - like the more you expand, the further apart you and your partner grow? You're doing the work, investing in yourself, evolving... and instead of bringing you closer together, it's creating distance, tension, and maybe even resentment.

You are not alone. And you are not doing anything wrong.

In this episode, I'm sharing something I debated making public – last year, Joey and I separated. And what we learned on the other side of that is the most important thing I've ever figured out about relationships, personal development, and choosing yourself without losing the person you love.

    In This Episode You'll Learn:

    • Why your partner feels threatened by your growth — and why it has nothing to do with them not loving you or wanting to hold you back. When you start expanding, your partner often hears something you never said out loud. Understanding what that is changes everything.
    • The reframe that changes the whole dynamic — your desires are activating inadequacy in your partner. This isn't your fault. But it is your responsibility to understand it — and this episode shows you exactly how.
    • What I wish I had known — the honest masculine perspective on what was actually happening for him when I was deep in my growth journey. This is the thing most women never get to hear, and it will shift how you see your relationship completely.
    • The really uncomfortable truth that nobody talks about – The exact thing that set me free. I know that sounds scary. Stay with me.

    Key Takeaways:

    — Your growth isn't the problem. How you're relating to the gap between you is.

    — Your partner isn't resisting you. They're scared. And probably don't have the language for it yet.

    — The work starts with you — getting clear, getting honest, and being willing to speak your truth even when the outcome isn't guaranteed.

    — Agency in your relationship starts with embodying your own truth first. Not waiting for him to catch up.
