À propos de ce contenu audio
This time on "Beyond the Blind" we're talking with Pike County Illinois whitetail outfitter Chris Bishop of Buckchasers.
Chris describes how he got into the outfitting business and what it's like to manage an 8,000 acre hunting operation in the Country's most famous trophy whitetail hotspot.
He talks his management theory for growing big bucks and has some great tips on how to judge the size of a big in just a few seconds.
Chris also discusses a variety of topics including food vs. genetics. blind elevation and how he keeps track of more than 500 stands and blinds.
Bishop says most of those are Shadow Hunter Blinds because they're scent tight and allow hunters to get close enough to big bucks for an archery shot.
