Andrey is a licensed IL Home Inspector, licensed (IEMA) Radon Measurement Professional, Certified Mold Inspector, American Society of Home Inspectors - Certified Inspector, and National Institute of Building Inspector - Certified Inspector. He has been an National Association of Realtoprs RPAC Major Investor for over 13 years and is proud to be part of the real estate industry. He is a member of the IL Association of Home Inspectors, an Affiliate Member with Southwestern Illinois Board of REALTORS and St Louis Association of REALTORS, and a member of The American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists (AARST). Andrey has been inspecting for 13 years and has personally inspected over 6 million square feet of both residential and commercial properties. He enjoys teaching buyers/sellers about their property and making sure they are educated and informed decision makers.
