À propos de ce contenu audio
Financial literacy is so important. But what does that mean on a community scale? For Indigenous entrepreneurs who have a lot of great ideas, they still have difficulty funding and scaling them because of systemic problems in the financial industry.
In this episode, we’ll speak with some Indigenous people who have found ways to lift both themselves and some of their peers towards financial success.
Guests:
- Jenn Harper, an Anishinaabe Ojibwe woman; founder of Cheekbone Beauty.
- Paul Lacerte, member of the Karibu Clan and belongs to the Carrier First Nation; Managing Partner at Raven Indigenous Capital.
- Theodora Warrior Healy, Blackfoot and member of the Piikani Nation; Indigenous financial facilitator.
