It's actually not as bad as they thought it would be but that might be thanks to a year's worth of practice. The point though is to encourage anyone else thinking about starting a podcast of their own...do it! If they can do it, so can you. And editing tools are the secret sauce. Even if no one ever listens, it's such a cool way to record a stretch of time in your life to look back on years later. What blessed treasures these episodes will be for their children...especially the crotch episode.
