Adding in our history of loss, there are even more layers to feeding our babies. Whether it’s formula, pumping, breastfeeding, or some mix of everything, each path comes with its own set of challenges and tender moments.

In this episode, I’m sharing a mix of practical tips and some of my own stories from feeding my rainbow baby, along with the reminders I wish I had heard in those early days. Because the truth is, there’s no one “right” way to feed your baby. What matters most is finding what works for you, and leaning into the love and connection that happens in those quiet feeding moments.
