In this episode, Elgr leaves for Samarkand to receive a regular audit given to all AIs and UIs working in the Trades, DTF reports their findings about Cowboy and Calabasas to the base commander, AKA The Colonel, of Carbon's Keep, and as thanks for the report about Cowboy and the attack of the fishmen, The Colonel gives DTF the coordinates to what appears to an old caved in mine that the Marshalls haven't had the time to explore. This leads to a shocking and tragic discovery, a moral quandary, a worry about the death of a beloved NPC and likely more adventures to follow.
