Welcome to Episode 16 of ‘Paddle and Flow’ Kayak podcast with Alex and Nicola.
We’re sorry we disappeared for a couple of months. Life got in the way of recording but we’ve also been out doing some paddling now summer has finally started on the East Coast of Scotland!
This episode is a short update on what’s been going on and what our plans are for ‘Paddle and Flow’.
We also share some chat and footage of the previously unpaddled ‘Unrunnable Gap’ behind the harbour at Dunbar! 😁🥳
