Broadcaster, mental health activist, playwright and Dad of two, Keith Walsh joins Louise in this episode. Keith shares his story of how a career pivot, sent his life in a different direction which ultimately saw him learning to mind his mind.
Keith talks about how his wife Suzanne prompted him to start talk therapy and how he got back to the theatre training of his youth writing, leading to him starring in the one man play Pure Mental which toured nationwide. With Keith’s 2 children now in their teens, he shares all of his golden nuggets to date.
