Having served with the Peace Corps and worked with underprivileged children in Los Angeles, she brings a wealth of experiences and insights navigating diverse cultures and communities, fostering change, and empowering others to succeed.
Her multifaceted background in business, education, and the arts gives her a unique perspective on leadership, entrepreneurship, and the importance of giving back to society.
We also discuss Tracey's grandmother, activist Josephine Wright. Josephine, who unfortunately died after recording this episode, was fighting a legal battle against a property developer over her family's home in Hilton Head, S.C. Her fight has been an inspiration to Tracey, and has caught the attention of celebrities like Tyler Perry.
