Lina and Sophia start the podcats with an introduction to the episode. They talk about what the episode is going to be about, what they will do, and who they will talk to. After the interview with Rikaya, Lina and Sophia talk to Quincy in a funny and engaging interview. Quincy discusses the arts at the south, and his experiences so far at a new school. Lina, Sophia, and Quincy also talk about the teachers at South, and how they improve the students' everyday lives.
To close the episode, Lina and Sophia interview a seventh-grade math teacher (who happens to also be their podcasting teacher) on his experiences at the school. They talk about everything from how he became a teacher and what his favorite grade has been to teach to his experiences at other schools and dream job as a professional baseball player.
The episode ends with a message from Lina and Sophia. They talk about how much fun they had filming the episode and invite you to listen to their next episode featuring the eighth grade.
