As Clarence navigates his new life, he discovers he can leap to the tops of skyscrapers, possesses incredible strength, and has enhanced senses. While trying to convince his classmate Peggy that he is still her best friend, Clarence must keep his identity a secret as he becomes a secret weapon against crime. With the help of scientist Jethro, who aims to reverse his condition, Clarence takes on the mantle of Mr. Purr-Fect, donning a purple cape and preparing to battle the villainous Zapper, who threatens to drain all power across the nation.
