Well, I interviewed the esteemed Dr. Patricia Campos-Medina to gain further insight of this topic. Through our conversation we discussed her story: how she went from immigrating to the U.S.from El Salvador in her teen years, to being the first Hispanic woman to run for U.S. Senate in the state of New Jersey, amongst other astounding accomplishments.
