So, last episode we saw just how far the people had fallen into wickedness and sin.
But this time, in a kind of reversal of Genesis 1, God determines to wipe out man, animals, creeping things and birds, An indication of just how corrupt things had become. He was sorry that He had made them…
Then just when all hope seemed lost, verse 8 of chapter six is dropped in our laps and hope is found and, maybe restored again:
“But Noah, found favour, in the eyes of the Lord”
