The Keto diet has been around for many more years than I realized. I was introduced to it by hearsay. I have done the Keto diet twice now, and the results have been pleasing. I have lost weight, gained more energy, and had less sugar cravings.

It is an 8 week meal plan for the Keto diet.
Easy Keto in 30 Minutes- Urvashi Pitre
It has many recipes from around the world that are 30 minutes or less in preparation.
