In this episode, Rebe shares a gentle and restorative breathwork journey to support your rest and recharging your energy. Please take the time to listen when you can lie down and devote the time necessary to enjoy this episode. Don't listen while operating machinery or watching children.
The breathwork session begins at the 14:00 minute mark, but if you are newer to breathwork you are HIGHLY encouraged to listen to the beginning of the episode to learn more about the practice as well as hear important warnings about who should NOT participate in active breathwork.
