Finally published an episode on the Monday! Whoo hoo! I'm getting better at this podcasting thing! Join me in the retelling of Sumerian mythology: The Descent of Inanna. This story/poem introduces us to Inanna, Queen of Heaven and Earth; and Ereshkigal, Goddess of the Underworld. Two sisters who have just as much family drama as the next diety. As we follow Inanna on her journey into the Underworld, we get a glimpse of what to expect in the coming months as we move from the Autumn Equinox into Samhain and embrace the Shadows within the crevices of our mind.
