Today I talk a little about the fear in posting a podcast; there was a fatal shooting involving a member of the University of Alabama men's basketball team which sparks conversation about the mental fragility of men today; I discuss some personal problems I'm having as I get older and the intrusive thoughts I have to learn to control; January was the anniversary of Kobe Bryant's tragic death, and I didn't understand how much it actually affected me; and a video I saw going viral about DJ Twitch makes me question the toxicity of the internet and how that is a direct manifestation of the fragility of man.
