Tyler then really brings balance to the perspective of the Enneagram type 1. He talked about the battle of self awareness and realizing how much he struggled with the Inner Critic that plagues type 1's in episode 6. And in this episode, he discusses the good side of being a type 1 and how it's helped him so much in life and business.
