    In this exciting episode, we take you inside an unforgettable Energy Bus Day where students, staff, and families came together to celebrate positivity, teamwork, and school spirit. Rocky Mount Elementary dedicated an entire day to bringing The Energy Bus principles to life in every corner of their campus. From intentional classroom activities to team building stations to a high energy schoolwide assembly, the entire school community was engaged in living out the principles together.

    I was truly honored to be invited to be part of this powerful day. What stood out most was the thoughtful planning, the enthusiastic staff leadership, and the incredible family involvement. The school invited all families to attend an evening celebration, and more than 130 of their 250 students returned with their families to continue the momentum. That level of engagement speaks volumes about the culture they are building.
