What would your life look like if you made decisions based on your heart’s desires?

This was a question I asked myself a few years ago and so I decided to create my own experiment to find out.

I made the decision that I would follow my heart and give everything that felt good a go and see where it would take me. I went into this experience with playful curiosity and a willingness to act on whatever guidance I received, even if it didn’t make logical sense at the time.

When I started to prioritise the things that made me feel healthy, energetic and joyful everything changed. Synchronicities, opportunities, resources and people started to appear as if by magic to support me to achieve my goals.

Through meditation, I became aware of my unconscious programming and I made the empowered choice to change anything that was no longer aligned with the life that I wanted to create. I discovered my creator superpowers and I want you to know that you have them too.
