Hannah Trubiano, RN is a dedicated hospice nurse with over six years of experience caring for older adults and those facing the end of life.
Jayne Hamilton, RN is an experienced hospice and healthcare professional with over a decade of clinical and leadership experience across hospice. Jayne and Hannah are with Faith & Family Hospice in Marlborough, MA
Eric Fay is the Managing Director of Gillooly Funeral Home in Norwood. He is a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in the state of Massachusetts and has over thirty years of experience in his field.
