On this episode of Previously Learnt, we had the absolute joy and privilege to chat with Verity Smith. This was such an incredibly inspiring chat which is absolutely jam packed full of life lessons and insights from Verity.
Verity is a blind international dressage rider, competing at able bodied elite level and winning, and is aiming to be part of the French able bodied Olympic team.
In addition, Verity is a global speaker, singer, songwriter, author, campaigner, mountain climber and charity founder.
This conversation blew me away, the sheer positivity and 'can-do' approach Verity has is truly inspiring.
