    • 40. When Devotion Becomes Freedom: Faith, Prayer, and Walking with God with Swaady Martin
      Feb 19 2026

What if the longing you feel is not for more success, but for a deeper relationship with the sacred?

In this episode of Elevate Daily, I'm joined by Swaady Martin, consciousness activist, spiritual director, and founder of Divine Indwelling, for one of the most intimate conversations I've held on this podcast.

This is the first time I've spoken openly about God, prayer, and walking a spiritual path here. And there is no one I would rather explore this with than Swaady.

Swaady was not raised inside a religious structure. She chose her path consciously, and what she discovered over decades of lived devotion is that faith deepens not through better beliefs, but through relationship.

Her approach to the sacred is not about dogma or performance. It is about allowing your entire life to become a prayer.

This conversation is not about doctrine or convincing anyone of a single way.

It is about relationship with the divine.

About what happens when you stop thinking about faith and begin living it.

About the "God wound" many carry, and what it means to restore connection.

And about presence as the foundation of devotion.

      In this episode, we explore:

      • The difference between religion and relationship, and why your connection to the sacred must be personal

      • How Swaady’s reframe of the divine as "the boss" created fearlessness and integrity in her corporate leadership

      • What prayer really is when it becomes presence, communion, and availability rather than petition

      • The "God wound" many carry from religious structures and how relationship can be restored

      • What sacrifice truly means when you see it as making something sacred rather than losing something

      • How to pray and begin a spiritual practice that feels embodied instead of performative

      • Why discipline in spiritual life creates a deeper kind of freedom and peace

      • How to honor multiple faith lineages with reverence, without erasing roots or compromising devotion

Whether you are deeply rooted in faith, somewhere in the middle of your journey, navigating a multi-faith or interfaith marriage, wondering how to raise children with reverence for multiple traditions, or simply curious about prayer and do not know where to begin, this conversation is your invitation.

      Meet Swaady Martin

Swaady Martin is a consciousness activist, spiritual director, and the founder of Divine Indwelling, an institute dedicated to exploring the world's spiritual traditions in pursuit of inner peace and global harmony. She spent a decade as a corporate executive at General Electric leading businesses across Africa. She has also been named to Oprah's O Power List and is an Archbishop Desmond Tutu Leadership Fellow, and through her work with the Tounché Global Consciousness Summit and as the author of thirteen spiritual books for children, she creates spaces for transformation and sacred belonging.

    • 39. Oprah Winfrey’s Gene Keys | Mission, Money, Meaning & Magnetism Decoded
      Feb 5 2026

What if Oprah Winfrey's extraordinary success wasn't just the result of strategy, resilience, or timing, but the natural expression of an aligned energetic blueprint?

In this episode of Elevate Daily, I decode Oprah's Gene Keys through my signature Four M's Method, the same four core codes I explore with private clients inside ILLUMINATE.

This isn't about celebrity analysis. It's about understanding how world-class leaders build impact, wealth, and influence without abandoning themselves.

Using Oprah as our mirror, we explore how alignment at the level of mission, money, meaning, and magnetism has shaped her legacy, and what this reveals about what's possible when we lead from our true design.

      In this episode, we explore:

Mission Code - Gene Key 19:

From co-dependence to sensitivity to sacrifice, how emotional intelligence and being moved by service bigger than herself became the foundation of her revolutionary leadership.

Money Code - Gene Key 35:

From hunger to adventure to boundlessness, revealing how wealth flows effortlessly when treated as a creative channel rather than a measure of worth.

Meaning Code - Gene Key 24:

From addiction to invention to silence, why depth, presence, and inner stillness are essential for fulfillment at the highest levels of success.

Magnetism Code - Gene Key 18:

From judgment to integrity to perfection, how living in coherence and holding space without judgment creates effortless influence and cultural impact.

For each of the Four M's, I explore the shadow, gift, and siddhi, illuminating what could have constrained her path and what allowed her to build a legacy that feels embodied, sustainable, and deeply impactful.

Whether you admire Oprah, feel inspired by her leadership, or are simply curious about how energy shapes success, this episode is an invitation to reflect on your own blueprint and where you're being called to elevate next.

    • 38. The Truth About Loving Someone and Actually Liking Them with Eve Simmons
      Jan 22 2026

What if the tension you feel between your ambition and your desire for deep partnership isn’t about choosing one over the other — but about staying true to who you really are?

In this episode of Elevate Daily, I’m joined by Eve Simmons — journalist, author, and Health Editor of the Daily Mail UK — for a deeply honest conversation about identity, ambition, and what happens when the life you thought you were building suddenly asks to be rewritten.

After years in partnership and just months into marriage, Eve experienced an unexpected ending that didn’t just dissolve a relationship — it destabilized the identity she’d quietly been living from. Through her own healing journey and extensive research into the stories of others, Eve began to uncover the subtle ways ambitious women dim their power, edit their truth, and suppress their desires in order to make partnership feel safe.

This conversation is not about blame or breakdowns. It’s about self-trust, emotional maturity, and the courage it takes to orient your life — and your relationships — around who you actually are.

      In this episode, we explore:

      1. The difference between loving someone and actually liking them — and why this distinction changes everything
      2. How ambitious women unconsciously make themselves smaller in relationships (and the hidden cost of doing so)
      3. The grief of mourning a future that was never truly yours
      4. Why the most destabilizing collapses often become our greatest liberations
      5. The gendered patterns Eve uncovered around emotional expression and the “hydraulic model” of suppressed feelings
      6. What it really takes to reclaim yourself after destabilization — and how Eve moved from collapse, to experimentation, to wholeness
      7. Why liking yourself is foundational to being truly met in partnership

Whether you’re in partnership, navigating the aftermath of an ending, or standing at a threshold where an old version of yourself is being asked to fall away, this episode is an invitation to remember that choosing yourself is what allows both your ambitious spirit and your desire for deep, nourishing love to coexist.

      Meet Eve Simmons

Eve Simmons is a journalist and author based in London, currently serving as Health Editor of the Daily Mail UK. She has written two books — one about eating disorder recovery, and her most recent, What She Did Next, a collection of stories exploring divorce, identity, and rebuilding after sudden separation. Through her writing and research, Eve brings honesty, intelligence, and humanity to conversations at the intersection of ambition, partnership, and self-trust.
