In 1999, 18 year old Elaine Nix, was abducted and murdered in Gainesville, Georgia, Elaine was in the process of getting her life back on track after dropping out of high school, she went to a local convenience store to use the payphone to call her boyfriend, and seemingly vanished into thin air. Her family search frantically for her putting up missing persons flyers and organizing their own searches.
