An Introduction to the E2 Podcast

We wrap up this season with a topic that encompasses all of the previous  episodes: finding your courage to stand in your truth. With courage, you can apply the tools of this season on your journey of awakening and step into your true self - the Light Being that you really are.

In this episode we discuss what integrity is and the important role it plays in our awakening. We focus on the necessity of being in integrity with yourself to become an enlightened being, and areas where you might not realize you are out of integrity.

Continuing the theme of personal growth and conscious decision-making, we break down one of the most simple things you can do to create a quantum-level shift in your life. In this episode we help you become aware of your moment -by-moment power to choose, and how to shift your choices from automatic reflexes to intentional, conscious creations.

In this episode we begin to really get into what it takes to make the shift into living as an enlightened being. By understanding and not fearing change, we can stay more conscious of what change is and how it enhances our daily life and spiritual journey.

In this episode we address the biggest blocks that keep you from shining your inner light. These limitations, both known and hidden, have kept you from living in the greatness of your being. We discuss how to resolve and let go of these blocks.

This third episode focuses on the question, “Are you ready?” What we are asking you here is “are you ready to take your place in the collective consciousness?” Are you ready to stand in truth, integrity and power knowing that it is possible and necessary? We discuss how to really know and how to own this moment of decision right now.

Once you have accepted the first realization that it is possible now, we move to the second realization - it is necessary. It is necessary for all Light Beings to awaken now, and you are already in the process of awakening. We discuss how important it is to continue on this journey in awareness and co-creation.
