 Dr Loranie Leas, is a clinical/health psychologist and Psychology Board approved supervisor and she is a certified administrator and coder for the Adult Attachment Interview (AAI). Loranie is also an approved IFSI consultant and is currently a co-lead mentee trainer for IFSI. During this episode of the Parts Party, Loranie shares about working with and unburdening a caretaking part of herself- leading to a rich conversation about healthy anger, and the cultural burden that many women hold, of caring for other people's parts while neglecting their own.
