Despite progress and achievements, the LGBTQ+ community still face challenges in society, their homes, their workplaces, and simply to be accepted for who they are in many parts of the world. For Accor, hospitality is all about welcoming and taking care of people, being open to others and valuing each person’s uniqueness.
That means making sure that LGBTQ+ guests and talents know that they’re not only included – but that they’re welcomed.
In Brazil, where Accor team members are leading the way, Luis Santos and Raul Almeida share their journeys/stories and tell us how they are working towards the same goal: to give LGBTQ+ team members and guests the warmest welcome possible, and to give back to their local communities.
