This week New York City passed a law that requires employers to share a salary range for new jobs. Is this a good step toward closing the pay wage gap? Let's see. Zillow, Peloton, DocuSign, Lyft, and OpenSea have laid off 5 to 20 % of their staff in the last several months. Ouch.
