 This episode I let y'all in a lil. I had great momentum going with the uploads, what happened?? The job search man, it kicks your ass. The rejection, time wasting, waiting, disrespect, it gets you down. And when you're down it's hard being positive and uplifting, almost impossible. I don't like faking positivity anyways and I realized some wisdom in my situation: A few bad experiences can't shape you into a worse person. They didn't happen so you assume everyone will be or do the same. They happened so you can save yourself when you notice the pattern in the future. So lately I've gotten some wack recruiters, but I know there's one out there that'll be eager to help me find the healthy work environment I'm looking for.
