    How much protein do you eat a day?  If you don't know, I would start keeping track.  Its crucial to know whats in your "protein package."  Animal based protein tends to be higher quality with the greatest amount of nutrients.  You want to not only know whats in your protein, but also how it was finished and processed.  This can make a huge difference in the quality of your protein source.  We are,  what we eat.
