Her journey in the dental field began in college as an oral surgery assistant then she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 1997. Driven by her commitment to create exceptional patient experiences and a thriving dental practice, she embarked on a path that led to ownership of her own practice, Dawn R Durbin DDS PC. Along the way, she honed her business skills through programs like the Schuster Center for Professional Development and Dave Ramsey's Entreleadership, becoming fascinated by what the numbers teach you about your practice. She has the heart of a teacher and wants to assist other practice owners on their journey.

With a career spanning more than four decades, Kimberly Lucas has witnessed dentistry evolve and transform. Her extensive experience, starting as a dental assistant in 1983, has taken her through various roles, including dental office management, teaching and coaching. Kimberly is not just an expert in dental practice management but also a dedicated coach and consultant. Her work experience with the Schuster Center, as a coach and faculty member, training from the Sandler Sales Institute and Masterful Coaching equips her with the knowledge and skills to guide dental practices towards success.
