 Delta's Customer Service Newsroom has more information about the new booking number and how travelers can contact them at 716-351-6210 or by sending an email to Delta_usa_se@Delta.com during business hours of 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM ET Monday through Friday and 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM ET Saturday and Sunday; however, if you go to the website, it says reservations can't be made.Here's a link to the news release about the new 800 number, but it's for Delta's reservations only:Delta is not launching a new reservation phone line because it wants the customers who call Delta directly to enjoy better service.
