While these frameworks are popular, the guys discuss major criticisms, including how difficult learning styles are to measure and the lack of strong evidence that people actually learn better when instruction is matched to apreferred style. Research suggests that most of us are naturally multi-sensory learners and that focusing too narrowly on one style may even be limiting.
