When last did you truly rest?

In this episode, author Alison Lloyd shares how God called her to keep the Sabbath during the most stressful year of school, and how she has kept Sunday as her day of rest for the past 30 years.

We talk about why achievement can quietly become an idol, why rest isn’t doing nothing, and practical ways to protect your rest.

If you’re a busy woman wearing too many hats, this conversation is your permission to slow down and trust God with your time.
