Hello everyone!
I was recently recently criticized by my driving instructor in a very aggressive way. I saw myself being pulled into dark thoughts patterns of either making myself a victim or putting all the fault onto him by being resentful towards him. I quickly stopped as I did not want to go down that route. I tell you about how I dealth with these severe critiques and why taking a step back in order to deal with this part of yourself that think that this past moment is still real is very important.
