À propos de ce contenu audio
Welcome to Day 15 of the 21‑Day New Year Reset.
Today’s Scripture meditation is an invitation to return to your quiet center — the place within you that remains steady, grounded, and held, even when life feels loud or overwhelming.
Rooted in Psalm 46:10, this practice explores the gentle art of being still. Not as something to achieve, but as something to receive. Through slow, settling breath, spacious pauses, and a layered meditation on “Be still and know…,” you’ll be guided back to the presence of God that meets you beneath the noise.
This meditation supports inner peace, nervous system stillness, and the softening of mental and emotional tension. It’s a space to rest, release, and reconnect with the truth that you are held in perfect love.
This practice may be especially supportive if you’re experiencing:
• Mental overstimulation or inner noise• Emotional heaviness or spiritual fatigue• A sense of being pulled in many directions• Nervous system overwhelm or stress• A longing for quiet, clarity, or grounding
You’re welcome to sit or lie down — whatever feels most supportive today. Let the words, the breath, and the stillness meet you exactly where you are. There’s nothing to strive for here. Only space to be.
✨ Stillness isn’t the absence of movement — it’s the presence of God in the center of it all.
