David Butler was injured in an unexploded bomb blast, aged 11. His lifelong passion is motorsport and he is the only disabled driver to have an International Race and Rally Licence. He was the youngest person ever to have been the subject of This is Your Life in 1962, was awarded an MBE in 2010 and in 2012 carried the Olympic Torch.
