Since the Lindsay Clancy Trial, this makes the reported total to 123 and COUNTING...

Now the question remains, aside from DP, should there be harsher punishments and penalties to people taking the lives of children? In addition to all other heinous crimes. Are there any solutions to maybe preventing this from occurring? Policing? Monitoring? Or do we just accept it all until it happens to someone that is making the decision and enforcing laws? Only time will tell...

On this episode of the Damaged Ones Podcast, Mike Garcia & co-host Sarah are taking a small break from the craziness that's been going on with kids' lives being taken by their mothers. Instead, they go with a different approach in talking on how a young Dodgers' fan recently caught a ball at a Dodgers-Braves game and was villainized by the media by not giving it to a little kid, who was clearly asked by his parents for it, and the guy said NOOOO!!! Would you have done the same thing?

Plus, we talk more on how much we need to teach our children in the future that they cannot have a sense of entitlement just because they're kids... But like anything else, not all circumstances are the same, and it is important to give back as well. And Mike Garcia will have his own way of giving back to kids with a new genre he's targeting in voiceover.

Which begs the question, what other stuff do other influencers do behind the scenes and take advantage on kid's vulnerabilities?

Plus, Co-Host Sarah goes in on a pastor, Caleb Flynn, who recently murdered his wife for his mistress... and an AI song that he made for her was played in court... and the cringe... is physically painful, LOL. Why is murder the solution for many people to go through as opposed to just getting a divorce or leaving a spouse???

Of course, every coin has its two sides, and both Mike Garcia & co-host Sarah come together to discuss what has happened thus far. From the explanation of the story from the beginning, to talking both sides of the argument and counterarguments, it is safe to say that both sides have their loopholes. What is your take in all of this? Was she attacked and indeed sexually assaulted? Are the men truly responsible for what they have done? Or... is this another case of a woman making a foolish mistake, made her choices and is backtracking and regretting what she did and what kind of person she is? The case is still ongoing, but let's talk about it.

On this episode of the Damaged Ones Podcast, we first pay our respects to the victims of 9/11. 25 years ago, over 3000 people died at the World Trade Center in NYC. May they continue to rest in eternal peace... we will never forget.

Next, the update of the Lindsay Clancy trial as its been revealed that the lone juror, was African American. And three jurors continue to talk and expose themselves of how crazy they are. Plus, the Lindsay Clancy supporters continue to harass the husband, Patrick. So much so that Patrick is sending a cease & desist letters to all of them, which can turn into heavy lawsuits since they continue to go online harassing him. We now call for all the "supporters" to continue what they do... as it'll be easier to take them down.

Finally, Co-Host Sarah shares some news on Florida just approving the Stand Your Ground Laws, and a man high on meth was targeting and threatening and innocent woman at a Walmart and got shot by her. Once again, sides are being taken...

On this episode of the Damaged Ones Podcast, the Lindsay Clancy case has been declared a Mistrial. From the recent reports, it has ruled 11-1 on the jury which signifies a hung jury. Because of this, there will now be a chance the case will be re-tried with a new jury. There are now two main issues that the trial has revealed. The first on people pleading for the 19th Amendment to be repealed, and the precedence of women not being trustworthy with anything, setting us back to the medieval times. And second, more kids being murdered by their own mothers, for following and sympathizing with Clancy. Man how society has fallen...

On the 2nd segment from Co-host Sarah, more cake-pop wars are going on as drama unfolds. An amazon delivery driver is now being attacked by a small business for taking a $4 cake pop. And of course, it backfires drastically. Listen more for this insane drama unfolding over "happy" food.
