This week Rebekah listened to Now 16 which was released in November 1989 and is the last NOW to be released in the 80s, so for the CD version, 3 bonus tracks were added which didn't feat[ure on the LP or cassette versions. Artists feature included Tears for Fears, Erasure, Queen, Wet Wet Wet, Tine Turner and Kate Bush.

This week Rebekah listened to Now That's What I Call Music volume 15, which was released in August 1989 and is the penultimate NOW album from the 80s. Artists featured included the Pet Shop Boys, Queen, Simple Minds, Bananarama, INXS and Roxette

This week Rebekah listened to Now That's What I Call Music volume 14 which was released in March 1989 the same month that SKY TV was launched in Europe. NOW 14 was the 1st Now to feature 2 songs with the same title. Featured artists included Duran Duran, Erasure, Simple Minds, Phil Collins and INXS

This week Rebekah listened to Now That's What I Call Music volume 13 which was released in November 1988 and was the only NOW to top both the album chart and compilation chart following the introduction of the compilation chart which all future NOW releases would be charting. Now 13 featured Duran Duran, Erasure, The Human League, The Proclaimers and Phil Collins
