On this episode of Break Room Talk, Janet and I discuss how society affects our life choices or how it has shaped our way of thinking now as adults. We grow up believing in things our family or culture introduced to us and we kept those beliefs for so long but as we grow up and experience other cultures or see things on social media, we begin to question what we were taught or wanting to change what we were taught. It is very difficult nowadays to not compare yourself to people on social media and on this episode Janet and I want to remind all of you that not everything is what it seems!
