My apologies for slacking on episodes lately. Life has been hectic and I just haven't felt confident in posting any of the episodes I have recorded.
I realized recently that I'm probably just being a crybaby. I almost chose to give up! I had to find a way to pick myself back up and learn some patience. Nothing worth having will come easy! Discomfort is necessary when you're growing and evolving. But how can I balance this old version of myself and transition into who I know I can be?
