Emma is a scientist with a long history of working in the hospital and health care industry who has remarkably moved into the sporting goods industry establishing her own company supplying cricket training aids that are suitable for use by children of all skill levels and abilities, including grassroots and juniors, all abilities participants and blind cricketers.

In this episode we discuss the reasons for Emma’s dramatic career change, some of the technical aspects of her equipment and we learn about some of the organisations and partnerships that have been an integral part of her journey thus far.

Greg is a former first class player for Western Australia and Tasmania with a formidable record as a high order batsman throughout 112 first class matches. But it is perhaps his subsequent as a coach for the past 35 years in Tasmania, Victoria, NSW and India where he has developed a formidable career with his teams winning numerous titles and Greg has developed and guided numerous players into State and national players while at the same time continuing to develop his own career as a coach as the game of cricket evolves with new formats.
